(Bible Verses) 1 Peter 2:9

According to 1 Peter 2:9, St. Peter proclaimed that we are a people belonging to God. Therefore we often cry out to Him: O Lord, save me! O Lord, let your ears attentive to my prayers! Do you live every day as your lips express likewise?

God is the true master of all of what we have and enjoy; and he just allowed us to use them while we are living in this planet. It is not us but God who owns the lifetime in which we live.

God would not create anything without a purpose. God has a reason for creating you. Thus you need to live your life in a meaningful way to Him. You can’t ask yourself about it because you didn’t make you yourself. But you have to go to God who created you. Only One who created you can tell you why: Glorify Him!

Opposite to the user’s manual written by God, if we pursue our own glory, honour, own plan, we will break down. Turn, Turn from your evil ways.
For His glory, God our maker, gave the life for us to live and gave us the privilege to use our lifetime.

Jesus the Son of God, suffered for us, died for us, achieved the Father’s will in order to glorify Him. He prayed: "Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you.” (John 17:1)
